Because we plan our class experience based on attendance, our classes are non-refundable. However, participants may send someone in their place if unable to attend.
Sunday Book Club!
This isn’t your ordinary book club but it is certainly Kitchen Collage’s take on one that is for sure. We pick out our favorite book each month and you get to learn how to make 2 to 3 recipes, plus a book to take home.

Spring is in the air — and so is the sugar! Join us for a sweet morning of creativity as we decorate a set of six spring-inspired sugar cookies. Angie will guide you step-by-step through the decorating process, teaching you how to make and work with royal icing while creating cheerful designs using a PEEP & Tulip cookie cutter, soft pastels, and playful spring details.
Whether you’re celebrating the season with friends or family, this class is a perfect way to welcome spring with a little creativity — and a lot of sugar! Each participant will also receive a cookie cutter to take home and use again.

Hands on class
Location: Kitchen Collage
Spend the day diving deep into the art and science of sourdough bread! This full-day workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to truly understand sourdough from starter to loaf, with plenty of time to learn, ask questions, and enjoy the process.
We’ll begin the morning at 9:00 AM with sourdough starter care and dough mixing, breaking down the techniques that build structure, flavor, and fermentation. You’ll learn what to look for at each stage and how to troubleshoot common sourdough challenges.
Midday, enjoy a one-hour break to grab lunch and explore the Village. Then return at 1:00 PM to learn finishing techniques that help create that perfect crust and crumb.
Throughout the day, we’ll fill downtime with tastings of sourdough spreads, demonstrations, and plenty of Q&A on all things sourdough because no two starters (or bakers!) are alike.
At the end of class participants will go home with a banneton, a loaf to bake at home, and bowl scraper.

-How to mix your dough by hand or using a stand mixer

Beginning in April, we’re switching things up for our Cookbook Club and we couldn’t be more excited. This new format is all about bringing our community together to celebrate good food, shared stories, and friendship (both new and old).

Sign up for the class. Your registration includes the cookbook.
Pick up your book at Kitchen Collage (or arrange to have it shipped; shipping not included).
Read your book and select your recipe from the book that speaks to you.
Prepare your recipe and bring to class
Gather with us on April 12, 2026 at 12:30 PM to share your recipe, your experience with the book.
On the 12th, we’ll taste each other’s recipes, swap notes, and enjoy the simple joy of gathering around the table together.
By the end of the afternoon, you will have tasted new recipes , met new friends, and strengthened the connections that make our Kitchen Collage so special.
