Because we plan our class experience based on attendance, our classes are non-refundable. However, participants may send someone in their place if unable to attend.

Start the new year with inspiration from one of today’s most beloved food voices! Join us for our monthly Kitchen Collage Cookbook Club, where food and community come together around great cookbooks and even better conversation.
This month, we’re diving into Good Things by Samin Nosrat, author of Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat. With your class registration, you’ll receive a copy of the cookbook to take home and explore. During class, we’ll treat you to a demonstration and tasting of three favorite recipes from the book — highlighting Nosrat’s signature blend of simplicity, flavor, and joy in cooking.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the techniques behind two of Spain’s most beloved culinary traditions — Pintxos, the bite-sized appetizers of the Basque region, and Paella, the iconic saffron-infused rice dish of Valencia.
Our instructor will guide you through the art of layering flavor, timing ingredients, and mastering the textures that make these dishes sing. As we cook together, you’ll also experience what makes Spanish cuisine so special — the joy of gathering around good food, sharing bites, and connecting through conversation.

Chef Cherry will show you how simple and satisfying it can be to make your own fermented foods at home, featuring two delicious recipes — fermented cabbage kraut and carrots — from the celebrated Firefly Kitchens.
Naturally fermented, probiotic-rich foods like kimchi and kraut are among the healthiest (and tastiest) ways to support digestion, balance your gut health, and boost your immunity. You’ll learn the techniques and science behind fermentation while sampling flavorful, good-for-you foods that can become part of your everyday routine.

Love is in the air — and on your cookies! Join us for a sweet morning of creativity as we decorate a set of six Valentine’s-themed sugar cookies. Angie will guide you step-by-step through the decorating process, teaching you how to make and work with royal icing while you create adorable designs like hearts, love letters, and sweet treats perfect for sharing (or keeping for yourself!).
Whether you’re celebrating with friends, family, or a special someone, this class is the perfect way to spread a little love — and a lot of sugar! Each participant will also receive a Valentine’s cookie cutter to take home as a gift.
