Cooking with Ruhlman’s Twenty Class. Twenty techniques. Infinite possibilities. Join us for an immersive culinary workshop inspired by Michael Ruhlman’s award-winning masterpiece, Ruhlman’s Twenty.

In this edition of Kitchen Collage’s Cookbook Club, you will receive the cookbook, Ruhlman’s Twenty, as part of your participation fee. We will assign one of the techniques featured in this cookbook, and you will choose a recipe featured from your assigned technique to make at home and bring it to the store on Sunday, Nov. 1, from 12:30 -2:30 to share with the class.

Whether you’re a beginner looking for a solid foundation or an experienced home cook wanting to sharpen your instincts, this class is for you. Come hungry, leave inspired, and get ready to cook with total freedom!

How It Works:

1. Explore the Book: Flip to your assigned technique chapter. Read it and be prepared to share what you learn with the group. Did you have a light-bulb moment when you read this technique?

2. Choose a Recipe: You have total culinary freedom here! Pick any recipe within that chapter that excites, inspires, or challenges you. Be prepared to share your baking story. Was it easy? Challenging? Would you do anything differently

3. Cook & Share: Prepare that recipe to share with your fellow cooks. Note: Consider bringing an extra storage container to take home leftover food to share with family and/or friends.

What to Expect: Bring your finished dish and your appetite. Because each participant is tackling a unique chapter, you will get the incredible chance to taste eleven other recipes representing eleven different techniques from the book.

Get ready for an afternoon of incredible food, shared wisdom, and total technique mastery. We can’t wait to see—and taste—what you create!
