Three Tropical Cocktails
Missionary's Downfall
Serves 4
Ingredients:
5 cups ice
4 ounces white rum
2 ounces peach brandy
4 ounces fresh lime juice
4 ounces pineapple juice
3 tbsp honey/water (equal parts honey & cool water, mixed)
1 cup fresh mint leaves
Directions:
Blend all ingredients. Drink and repeat as desired.
PRO TIP: Make this a mocktail by substituting white grape juice for the rum, and peach nectar for the peach brandy.
Peach-a-Rita Slush
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen peaches
4 oz tequila
2 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz triple sec
1/2 oz agave nectar
1 cup ice
Directions:
Blend all of the ingredients together in a high powered blender until smooth.
PRO TIP: Make this a mocktail by substituting white grape juice instead of the tequila, and orange juice in place of the triple sec.
Classic Piña Colada
Serves 2 - 4
Ingredients:
1 cup light rum
1 cup fresh pineapple juice
1 cup fresh cut pineapple
1/2 cup coconut cream
2-4 cups ice
Directions:
Blend all of the ingredients together in a high powered blender until smooth. Serve immediately with a garnish of pineapple!
PRO TIP: Make this a mocktail by substituting 1/2 cup of white grape juice or coconut water instead of rum.
