Transport yourself to Spain for an afternoon of flavor, fun, and community! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the techniques behind two of Spain’s most beloved culinary traditions — Pintxos, the bite-sized appetizers of the Basque region, and Paella, the iconic saffron-infused rice dish of Valencia.
Our instructor will guide you through the art of layering flavor, timing ingredients, and mastering the textures that make these dishes sing. As we cook together, you’ll also experience what makes Spanish cuisine so special — the joy of gathering around good food, sharing bites, and connecting through conversation.
